It is awful. I have a sister who is 7 years older than me and all she did all my life was bully and judge me. In fact, she is the reasons I've had a lot of mental health issues. She had our mother to herself for 7 years before I came along and has even said in my presence that she wishes she had never had me. We have never had a great relationship and some years ago decided to wipe me. We only came together to lay our father to rest last year. She's always been a bitch so no loss really. The only sad thing is we are the only ones left in our family and we have ceased contact.
Don't be jealous of people with siblings as it's not all it's cracked up to be. My daughter is a single child and she has NEVER wished for a sibling and we have always been close and have a great relationship. Siblings cause people a lot of issues.

My eldest brother is more responsible than my youngest brother.
What is it like growing up into siblings? It depends on their personality! Everyone is unique.

As a middle child of a very complicated family, I have: 1 older half-brother, 1 older half-sis, 1 older step-sis, 1 older step-bro, 1 younger full sister (we are close, like many similar things, can read each others mind, but argue all the time lol), 2 younger half-brothers, and 1 older brother who is my half siblings' half brother.....
I don't regret having any of them in my life, despite some very terrible family drama, and I actually appreciate them all -- especially my sisters.
