I think quarantine has completely distorted my view of life. I think I am going crazy #forreal. I'm scared to go to a therapist because I hate talking about myself (this goes hand in hand with my crazy fear of doctors) I don't know. #sad

Sounds rough. Perhaps you can self manage a couple of these. I've always found that eating a cleaner diet (real whole foods like fruits, vegetables) and exercise (I box) usually helps with stress and negativity.
