I think for those who said “no attendance, no award”, you guys don’t have to worry. BTS had won few daesangs without attending. If you truly earned it and the competitions are left far behind, they have to award it to you.

It kinda makes sense. Would you give your biggest award to a group that isn’t there? The only exception is BTS of course but usually yeah you gotta be there to receive the biggest award
