I mean people curse YG about comebacks but demand for their product and artist is higher than ever. They're doing something right. These numbers just don't happen. The members, their talent, their aura and the actual quality of music are the biggest parts of that...but you have to package it correctly or it's wasted and it would have played out quickly and be over like so many other groups we've seen come and go. I mean 6 years of this crazy dominance doesn't just happen

yeah definitely. Media play is better than no media play.
YG saying BPs song has never been seen before in kpop screams media play to me. YG basically riling fans/kpopies up to anticipate the song. So it’s defo media play.
