I can't really decide since it's so diverse. My current favorites are Black Swan and LGOs among many more. I can't mention them all or I'll be here all day.
How about you with Stray Kids?
Ugh, I love Black Swan so much. It might be my favorite BTS song (though I also love Dionysus, they're always battling for first place).
& I'm sorry, I tried to keep this short, but it didn't work
For SKZ, I don’t want to post their most popular title tracks, because I feel like that’s what everyone hears (although I do think God’s Menu and Back Door are must-watch MVs). They tend to lean aggressive on title tracks (which I personally enjoy), but that puts some people off and they often put them in a box of just sounding like that. I just picked out different levels of hard/soft for variance.
I personally tend to favor their harder, more experimental music. Out of my top 3 favs, Easy is probably the most popular/digestible for most people. If you want a straight up all rap song, Maze of Memories is a fan favorite (one of my favs as well, but pretty experimental. It was composed to make you feel like you’re in a maze). Side Effects is actually my absolute favorite and what got me fully into Kpop, but I'm weary to recommend it to people because it's very hard and very experimental. I know a lot of people dislike it, so I linked the live Vampire remix of it, which is probably slightly more digestible for most people.

Chronosaurus is a darker vibe, but a really great underrated catchy song. TMT is more electro with really great fast rap verses.

M.I.A is a really good one. 19 (a bit of a somber vibe) and Airplane (upbeat vibes) are good ones too. N/S is similar in chillness, but more playful and fun (especially paired with their street MV).

I actually prefer the English version, which is rare because usually they're inferior. But the MV is beautiful, so I'm posting the Korean version. Ex is also a softer/somber song. Another Day is a lovely acoustic song (I'm posting this live version where they fuck up because it's hilarious lol).

Gone Days is cute as well.

Oh, I forgot to mention, there's also this list I found that someone made that categorizes their songs into genres. They include BTS's discography as well. I find it to be a really interesting way of exploring different songs.
