"People" keep clamoring for a change and though they're given it, they'll still complain (as if they were BlinkTaglist in the first place). I don't think they're even the target market of BP, which is first and foremost their actual fans. They can play with some of the beats, tinker a little with the structure, etc., but changing it drastically will cause some issues with the fans. As a brand, you focus on who you are currently serving, not who you could potentially pull into the fandom. People will become fans if their taste is met by what you offer.
Is there room for improvement? Of course. But not at the expense of your 'brand identity.' You do not alienate your core fandom.
And please, we like to talk about this group and that group being artistic but nobody in modern times can compare to the songwriters, producers, etc. of the previous decades, especially those from eras before even selfmate was born. Pitting BP against different groups as if Teddy hasn't made a name for himself in Korea is just not it.
Just say you don't like BP and be done with it so you can get it out of your chest. You'll feel so much lighter, I promise.
