I believe there's a jekyll and hyde in all of us at times including me who is as sweet as you can get.

to be fair, humans are selfish and evil by nature, you'll never know who truly is nice or not.

That's why it doesn't matter what they think or feel inside as long as their action is nice. You go to Starbucks, the cashier doesn't give a crap how your day is but they'll do give you a big smile and wish you a great day as you leave, that's all that matters.

Likewise, does it matter if fans post nice things even if they don't stan the group? Even if they don't really like the group inside, if they're not talking crap or shading a group and is happy for everyone, that's a nice user to me.

I have 2 friends who are kpop stans and they are some of the nicest people I know. So yeah, I heavily disagree with you. Plus, I know them before they got into kpop, still the same as before.

Also it may not be the case for multistan? Because the more they stan, the more the risk to get attacked? So some of them will just be passive and only striking back when provoked?

Also, there are a bunch of akp users who are sweet bubblegums.

But yeah I agree that casual listener would be less shady to the idols because they simply don't care about them, they just like the songs
