Notice how all the post IOI groups crashed but the soloists prospered? Like where are Pristin and gugudan now? Disbaneded. But Somi and Chungha are doing well. Now look at post Wanna One and X1 groups. Forgotten. But Kang Daniel and Woodz are doing well. Will the same happen with post Iz*One groups? Do IVE and LE SSERAFIM have what it takes to break this curse?

well IVE and Le Sserafim seem to be doing well so far
it seems they've built themselves a solid enough fanbase to sustain themselves

It only became clear that the produce groups were struggling about 1+ years after debut, so we'll see. Most did quite well at first.
But Izone was together for way longer than the other groups, and Ive and LE SSERAFIM are from bigger companies. They also have the benefit of seeing the earlier groups' mistakes.
Also, there was no group comparable to Ive because Somi never debuted in a group. With Twice just debuted it was bad timing for Somi and JYP.
LE SSERAFIM is closest to Gugudan. Gugudan's biggest problem was their concept that didn't appeal to a younger audience (and not being from one of the big 4). LE SSERAFIM's is much better.
