The point was she is closer to bp debut (produce happened in june 2018) than ygngg(the main topic), which means she had an advantage to be in public's eye for years compared to current popular girls. And she was one of the most popular ones and ended up #1 in the ranking. Izone contract didn't let anyone to take individual cfs, so obviously she would start getting them after it ended. It's like if Karina/Winter/Sullyoon/NJ girls only start getting cfs after 2.5 years and it will happen because big companies are focusing on group promotions only(unless they're YG). LSF can afford Kazuha promoting individually since the other 2 are established. Anyway, Wonyoung's beautiful, charming and hardworking, but she has an advantage of having debuted for 4 years now and starship promoting her.
