Honestly, I'm just confused on if this is a compliment or an insult, or just neutral. Someone could end a thread because they are so well spoken and logical in their response that there is nothing more to say (because they thoroughly addressed it all themselves in the first place), or because they are a killjoy. Or someone could be meaning this in a straightforward way with no extra meaning behind it. I really don't know.
I don't know if this counts, but often selfmate is one of the later commentors on a thread because of time zones, so maybe if you stretch it he's a thread killer? But that has to do with time zones as well and not just what he says. Also, I doubt it's intentional on his part.
