Just found out theyre independent now. They were under DAM Entertainment which had Icia and Switch and both of those groups CONSTANTLY had lineup changes. They also did similar fancam provocative performances.

The group was founded by one of the members and they have full creative control, they just partner with companies when they put out albums and so on.
