It reminds me that insider report that said before companies preferred poor trainees bc they had no choice but stick with it whatever treatment they got. But now they prefer golden spoons bc they have more of the influencer vibe and fans like the rich kid image more now.

I read about the companies preferences for poor trainees too, didn't know it has changed over the years.
