At least I'm not as lazy as my brother. He brings dishes to his room and doesn't put them back in the sink. He doesn't do any chores. He takes food with wrappers and doesn't throw the trash away. He doesn't clean his spot when he's done eating at home. He always asks people to do/get stuff for him and gives them nothing in return (asks our mom to give him his clothes for the day/before a shower). He doesn't do his work until the last minute...
rarely brushes his teeth or takes a shower unless he's told to. Rarely puts deodorant on in the mornings...He's almost 12. He's old enough to do his own stuff like COME ON.
Yeah, it's really bad lol

Not lazy, but once I get in a comfort zone, I tend to stay on it.
-
Incredibly so, what gave it away?

Until recently I would hgve considered myself extremely lazy. But then I quit my job and started a company and that pretty much made me the complete opposite. I pretty much procrastinated myself to never finishing University so I have a huge tendency for this. I guess what I want to say is you CAN change.
If you want to not be lazy start small and form habits, something like doing something for 1 hour every day for a month. Could be study, work or excercise related. It could even be the clean your room meme. It's about building discipline and habits and it's not that hard to snowball into more things once you get it going.
The exercise part I have been doing for so damn long that it's completely routine and automatic.. luckily that's never a concern for me, been working out every single day forever. I'll just go insane if I don't exercise, can't skip a single day.

I forgot to say: I had to FORCE myself to start exercise. I was in HORRIBLE shape and never did any exercise and was basically always tired and aching everywhere. It was not easy to build that habit but you get addicted to the good feel exercise gives you pretty quickly. It's the best addiction you can inflict upon yourself tbh.
