Do you believe the company should check mental heath of their idol?

not just mental health though but full health check no?

physically, mentally, (something something) ly

in addition they should (or try to) do background checks and due diligence no?

All companies should check in with their idols mental health, too many suffer in silence and for some help comes too late.

You can't really know what's hidden inside someone's mind with some check up

Absolutely they should take care of their artists in general. Mental and physical health.

You can easily lie on a mental health assessment and "pass." It only works if the person agrees to answer with accurate responses. Most people have a sense of what the "correct" answer is though so they can just say what they know others want to hear.

Not talking about garam but in general.... Both mental and physical health are equally important as either can affect the other.

Background checks in terms of mental health I'm not too sure if I'm for it....

Because even discussing mental health or illnesses is seen as taboo in a lot of countries. In kpop a lot of companies prove to be very very inadequate in providing their idols mental health support. So I don't want companies not knowing how to deal with an idols mental health be seen as a flaw that lies on the idols part.

There are plenty of idols with physical medical conditions who take care of idol activities while trying their best to maintain their physical health or take breaks until they heal. Mental health should be treated just as seriously imo.
