I. Introduction
SM Station Season 2 is the second season of SM Station singles featuring artists from SM Entertainment. This season ran from March 21, 2017 to April 6, 2018 and included 52 singles. It was followed a month later by Season X 0.
II. Background & Release
SM Station is a digital music project under SM Entertainment that involves solos or duets from members in existing SM groups, as well as opportunities for singers to experiment in other genres or collaborate with artists inside and outside of SM Entertainment. The project releases a number of singles digitally each year on digital platforms, including streaming audio like Spotify.
SM Station's second season featured collaborations with foreign artists, in addition to the usual collaborations and singles. This season ran from March 21, 2017 to April 6, 2018. To kick off the new season, SM released a compilation album of Season 1 songs.
The season includes songs from first, second and third generation Kpop artists from some of SM's most popular groups and artists, including BoA, Super Junior, SHINee, Girls' Generation, Red Velvet, EXO and NCT, as well as DJs under SM Entertainment

VI. Reception
14 of the 52 singles charted on the Korean Gaon charts or the U.S. Billboard World Song charts. The highest charting song on the Gaon chart was Baekhyun's "Take You Home" at #12, while the highest charting songs on the U.S. charts, both at #4, were Amber and Luna's "Lower" and Ten's "New Heroes."
