So it seems tomorrow's objection is going to be held in private. Now my question.
WHY DIDN'T THEY DO THIS SINCE THE BEGINNING??????
Hybe has been using all the court dates to mediaplay everything. Every time other Hybe group was mentioned you had a new fanwar, and they've been manipulating every single small accidental misstep the girls could say out of their mouths to put them like if they're Satan. Also they took advantage of it to fuel topics that weren't even the point such as when they show the video of the Illit members with Hanni when Hanni never complained about them but about the manager, creating confusion. Hell one of the main keys of all this issue since the beginning is how Hybe has been making everything public and leaking it to the media, I wonder how the judges didn't make this decision since the beginning.
Now? Now it doesn't fix anything. Regarding the court decision it shouldn't matter if it's public or not, but the damage it's already done. And anyway, I'm expecting Hybe to leak something, of course they will...
Anyway, hoping they won't be able to, it would be amazing if the girls lawyers could freely talk about Illit's manager telling the Illit girls to ignore Hanni, about SouMu having to pay a fine to old Ador because of the issue with brand deals with Sakura, and about how Hybe was exposed in their internal documents about everything regarding Illit's debut. All this mentioning the groups without being afraid of hurting them but just focusing on the companies, and without manipulation to the public.
Will it happen? Probably not, I'm sure Hybe will still do something, the Youtuber can always make up some random screenshoot and people will believe everything, but at least this is a step in the right direction, would have been way better if it came sooner.
