Not a MHJ fan but she's not wrong. Illit's introduction had many saying Hybe is trying to recreate NJZ. Plus, there was the report that Belift used her plans and implemented to Illit.

At the end of the day, nobody should be attacking NJZ, Illit, and Le Sserafim. It's not their faults that Hybe set them up and didn't keep this argument in-house. Like I've said before there's most likely conflict with management in every group and it was wrong for Hybe to air out. If they kept quiet about this all 3 groups wouldn't have to deal with this nonsense

The difference between NJ and other groups is NJ lied about illit members not Hanni and Hanni went to national assembly said she was deeply hurt just to say in she didn't care and it was funny while NJ fueled the hate trian by lying other groups never did such things

I didn't really see that same translation for Illit. The song was popular, but it was big and popular despite the group, and I don't really see as a big, loyal, vocal and I daresay rabid fandom for Illit emerge from the popularity of Magnetic. People enjoyed it (I didn't, its soooooo poo), did the tiktok challenges, listened to it and then moved along.

They also didn't seem to really attach to the general kpop public or normie public very strongly either.

So they will now rely on ONLY a hypothetical new song being big again from going viral on its own right, without the backing of a huge fandom to push it as well.

Like it CAN happen, but I'll go with it's unlikely.
