It's not what she should do it's what she should've done from the start which was to be calculative.

HYBE is a rich corporation that can obviously afford a powerhouse legal team and will sue the cap off her head. HYBE has all that money backing them. She should've made sure she had the financial capacity to take on such a massive entity.

How exactly should she have made sure of this?? Whether it would partnering with one of HYBE's rivals, I'm not sure but it would've helped her a lot if this happened.

I believe she should've waited just awhile longer to build her case and compile all the evidence. But she didn't and HYBE lashed out quickly to sweep her off her feet with a flurry of lawsuits and look where she is now.

^^^^ That was part of an article posted by AKP regarding the CEO's statement. He neither mentioned nor referred anything about Hanni's statement and appearance at the National Assembly (I believe).

I don't have a problem with you hating HYBE cuz I do too. But humans have made a habit out of throwing around labels and its truly concerning. Examples of this:

Non-bunny = "HYBE shill"

Bunny = "MHJ rider"

Constructive criticism = "hate" (and vice versa)

Stating opinions = "hate" (and vice versa)

These are all subjective but too often have I seen haters masking their malicious words as "constructive criticism" or merely stating an opinion.

I could go on but why bother.

Just another FYI: no single company in the k-pop industry is free of corruption. HYBE might be the most corrupt, yes but the river runs through it all.
