I only criticize them when I see some nonsense from Blinks, like: "The best group ever", or "they're 100% organic" for example. And I'm always fair unlike many other "fans" whom are actually real haters.
Before their debut I was in their "fandom", because I thought YG will have another talented girl group like 2NE1, I gave them 2 or 3 years, but what did YG do? Nothing, released the same boring songs with the same style and I moved on. Nothing special happened till BTS became massive, and that helped a LOT to Blackpink becoming massive as well. After that, their fandom is basically a mental hospital.
This is my THIRD comment! And I only mentioned Mamamoo, alongside 3 other that basically every Blink ignored because one of you asked us to mention other groups who could be successful as Blackpink at YG.
Again, read the comments before you open your mouth!

Let's just say, it's 80% of luck, because if you have eyes, and you're not biased you have to see that even tho their raw talent is there, YG didn't do shit with that. Rose is an average singer and below average dancer, Jisoo, Jennie and especially Lisa is below average singers. Jisoo and Jennie can't dance. Jennie and Lisa is not even a real rapper, because they don't write their own parts, and "THEIR" style is basically the same in every song. Zero flow, versatility, and the writing that I already mentioned. Lisa is a great dancer and basically that's all I can say about her.
Sure, it's all on YG basically, but still, facts are facts. They trained hard to do the bare minimum and don't become embarrassing like ILLIT or LSF for example, but with 2 years of vocal/dance training they could've been better than average, especially Jisoo and Rose. They had the biggest potential in the group, easily.
I don't have to know them personally to judge their talents! Stop living in dreamland. Accepting criticism is part of their job. Fair criticism is not hate! Learn the difference! If you can't move along and leave me alone with your madness! I worked with many singers, and most of them can outsing any BP member yet, hardly any people know them, because they're not pretty or cute or hot.

Not surprised lol 2nd gen and first gen really started having other jobs besides idol. Example xiumin of exo is actually a doctor now. So naturally he's booked as. People are like omg exo and do their best "I've fallen and I can't get up" call 119. I bet everyone and their dogs will be trying to get into a classroom with Gdragon

Blinks ONE and ONLY argument is "You're jealous." 😂 Like it or not, YG promoting them as Models, not artists. Do you see how YG is promoting Babymonster now? They never send Blackpink to shows where they have to sing live. That's the difference. The only problem with them is their dumb fans.
The only thing I said, is their success was not organic and that's 100% true! If Mamamoo were a BIG4 group, I would say the same thing! SNSD is my ultimate fave girl group ever, they were my first fave girl group, and they are privileged as well! The only difference is that SNSD/Mamamoo is actually talented and deserve the same success as Blackpink.
This isn't even my words, this was said about Hyolyn, and she's absolutely right. Blackpink is one of those groups that don't deserve the luck.
It's not just luck, they trained hard and earned their place in the debut team, they are talented and you thinking otherwise won't change it. And your problem isn't just blinks when you clearly has something against them to be calling them all those names. Go work, David, you judging who should be famous or not in kpop is clownery peak when I doubt you wouldn't even have the same resilience as them to keep going despite haters like you saying shit about them as if you knew them personally.

Mamamoo is anything but overhyped, and it's not me calling them the best vocal group, it was the industry! Not only in Korea btw. Even in America they called them Vocal Queens. Before their debut, Legends like Quincy Jones praised their vocal talent.
Sure, there are other singers whom are better vocalists, even in Korea, but that doesn't mean they couldn't stand a chance against Legendary singers, because they actually competed against Legendary singers, and won, as ROOKIES!
If you don't listen to Mamamoo, why are you even talking? You don't know anything about them, so stop embarrassing yourself and stan your favorite modeling agency.
The fact that you said Mamamoo can't offer anything you could like, yet you like Blackpink, speak volumes. Mamamoo created songs in more than 10 different genres. If you can't find at least 1 or 2 song that you could like, that means you don't like music at all. This isn't even about Mamamoo, it's 100% about you not being a fan of music in general.
