I was in a supermarket in chengdu, sichuan, china KEK
a lot of the branding are realllly old school because some of the companies were originally farming collectives in villages! So the villagers now run the farms like a company, but now it's like a bunch of farmers contributing crop to a company that sells it for them.i've been to china too
when i was there, everywhere i looked it was silly little characters and bright colored packaging. i don't mean it in a bad way. it's a vibe, lowkey.
