Wow. This is completely unexpected! JHJ was trying to distract from this the whole time...
Damn...
If it turns out they have a solid case, they just prevented themselves to be Loona'd.

Keypoints:
- Attrakt failed to provide accounts until the lawsuit was filed, only then the accounts were provided
- JHJ obtained 9 billion as an advance from Interpark under Star Crew(Label of HotShot I think), not Attrakt
- 6 bil. of the advance was taken and put down as album production cost
- All profits from the advance investment going into Star Crew, not Attrakt
- Strong suspicion not all of the 6 bil. was used for the production of Fifty Fifty
-Account statement states 0 krw for album and streaming revenue, with no evidence to prove the accounts
Fifty fifty's legal reps plan to file for Attrakt to prove that 6 bil. was indeed used on Fifty fifty, and whether these funds were used under valid contracts
- And explain why the distribution contract was not made with Interpark.
-Attrakt used the advance, wrecking the company's finances and creating a structure where the artists could not be paid, a criminal lawsuit is pending for this.

recording and leaking private phone conversation without consent of other person can't be used as evidence
in same time it can buy you a general public support
I think it is legal in South Korea to record private phone conversations without consent. Correct me If I'm wrong though.
It's not the same youtuber
Oh I thought it all came from Lee Jin-Ho a Youtuber he's a former reporter I think and I watched another Youtuber when he was questioned for his source in the comments, he said he just quoted Lee Jin-ho. So I thought he was the source of all this unofficial info coming out.
The difference is in Kpop, the products are people with their own free will and aspirations. With Samsung, Apple etc... it's not like their IPs and Technologies will want to transfer themselves for a better future. 😂
Damn the rating of their drama will go up.
This thread looks intended to add collateral damage to fifty fifty mishap. Most people here are just trying farcically projecting that fifty fifty cupid's success as wrongdoings and scandalous. They're not on BTS level yet but virality success supposedly translated into undisputed fame. There's seems no any forensic proof that fifty fifty tiktok explode is really caused by serious huge amount of money like massive targeted ads or big name collaboration on TT.
What happen to fifty fifty is akin to momoland situation, gets hated unsparingly due of their sudden surging.
I think Momoland if I rememebr correctly was so much worse and in your face kind of hate. At least on the international side Fifty Fifty's support remains positive.
It's a bit weird how Koreans are screaming about loyalty, betrayal and whatnot when Kpop is literally peak capitalism and one of the most manufactured industries out there. they acting like as if Kpop is a noble industry. lol
Fifty Fifty's abandoning ship to "prioritize themselves" is probably one of the real "Queen" behaviors out there in KPOP. I mean it's probably one of the most least offensive things an idol can do compared to bullying accusations and SA.
What happens in this kind of situation is a seemingly unspecified company somewhere in the yonder comes out for rescue, acquire the interest and after some time quietly sells these interest to the real buyer
The owner, who messed up Hot Shot and Ha Sungwoon, is no angel. Business is business, and if someone pays the sum thrown by the owner, he will sell his interest and the whole thing is simply hushed up.
Interesting, Well I think they should really just join The Givers at this point regardless of the backlash, one post on reddit pointed out how all the employees under The Givers are all US educated/university graduates. So who knows they might really succeed overseas with Siahn's team/Warner.
The cost of debuting a group, not even a big 4 group is stated to be about 1 billion won. Which is around $750k
That money doesn't come purely out of pocket for small companies, usually it comes via investments and loans.
$6 million isn't what the CEO had in pocket, it's what was invested for Fifty Fifty.
Welp, taking into account his history with HotShot and a former WannaOne member, I'm surprised a lot of people actually invested their money. lol like 6 million dollars is a lot of money that he gathered.
If the Givers, Warner Korea, or whatnot wants to buy FF, that is the price the Attrakt owner will accept
Serious question. How likely do you think this will still go through? I mean I can totally see the merit of this, their picture slide is literally just after Ed Sheeran on Warner's global website(literally out all of the artist under them) second out of six slides and the quick last minute push to Barbie OST so much so they weren't added to the physical album, so I can totally see Warner's interest. But with all the recent happenings around the group, the idea that The Givers/Warner will acquire them seems kinda off?
How did their CEO have 6 million dollars? Sure let's consider it as a debt but I read hardly anyone can loan out $1 Million dollars for a house unless you have a good standing but this dude apparently got 6 million dollars on a risky business in a over saturated market? Huh?
Are all of this even confirmed to be true? Are those emails really leaks?
Thank you
And to be clear it's really not just limited to outsourcing because as far as I know The Givers dude/their producer also invested his own money and has a stake in Attrakt.
It's very unclear if it's external or internal at this point
Technically it is external now because their relationship is now broken BUT the one Attrakt is suing is the company or the dude they hired to make and run the day to day operation and music production of Fifty Fifty so in a sense there's really no third party here, think about two business partners who worked together before but are now fighting for sole control of the business they've built together.
It’s the co owner group The Givers that is trying to poach. This CEO guy is trying to keep them under his group, he’s also suing cause The Givers somehow also got all the copyright to their songs or some shit
I really feel like the Attrakt CEO will lose this battle, I kinda feel bad for him he's going against Warner Music Group and their consultant and The Givers indirectly Warner already owned the copyright.
