It quite literally is. Like, it's not even rocket science which is why I never understood why Kpop companies always manage to fumble something that seems so common sense by trying to market the most noisiest or blandest kind of debut to the West.
Honestly, if they would just take the demos given to them AS IS and not get their crappy in house producers or whoever it is to make alterations to the tracks 9/10 Kpop idosl would have been doing much better in the West.

I did, I changed the layout at least and the search bar finally appeared.

My opinion is that they want bragging their groups are growing/getting more popular, that's why most of them (If not all) don't release pre-orders' numbers If they are too close from the last release or the numbers decreased.
I also have a theory that, when they release pre-orders' numbers too early before the release, they want to motivate the fandom to buy more and reaching a specific goal, but I'm not sure if It works for all.
This might be true. Forget pre-order numbers, I don't even think I've seen what the album versions that I bought even looks like yet. Like wtf Starship. Release that shit, you asshole.

I'm really still on the fence with I AM. It's giving Alvin and the Chipmunks Iz*One version on steroids. The MV teaser looks really good though, so here's to hoping it's actually listenable. I seriously hate Ryan Jhun with a passion.

this is honestly good. Billboard should actually reflect songs that are actually popular among the general public in the U.S.

Obsessed.
Why are y'all brining up SM? Sounds like you don't even know the basics of how stocks work. Do you think SM is in a position for stocks to suddenly rise out of the blue when they just finished with a big media circus acquisition? There stock will rise in the future, Kakao bought SM as a long term investment and as of now they haven't even begun any of the projects they planned for the future with the IPs. But since you are keeping watch on SM I'm sure you will be well entertained in the future.

Ii is better to be cautious, because if you have a concert and its boring, the message will spread.
Also all these 4 groups do not have many songs yet. Ive should have when they release their album soon, but if only 4 songs are decent and the rest B side fillers, it is better to hold off until they have more decent songs.
Larger fan concerts are ideal in the interim, until you have enough good songs not to bore the audience.
Yeah, I'm not rly advocating for companies to actually do it. I understand why they would rather be safe than sorry. I'm just responding in relation to what op was saying. I guess what I should have instead said was "More than the size of the venue, a better indicator to judge would be ability to sell out said venue." Because other groups booking smaller venues doesn't really mean as much (Red velvet is a good example. SM always gives them small venues when they could probably sell out larger ones). Until these other groups book larger venues and flop with their ticket sales, then I don't think we can really be certain.
