Digitally speaking, I think Twice is bigger than EXO. Twice has 10 songs with 100,000,000 streams certification and 9 songs with 2,500,000 downloads certification, while EXO has none for either.

Yup. While 24 hits might have hindered new songs from rising on charts, it definately made it easier for songs that reached the top to maintain their peak for longer.
