I’ve clearly watched it already lmfao. I even inserted a clip from one of my fave treasure box performances earlier. Notice how I also say they were comparable in the context of the show at the time, but I’m confident that isn’t the case anymore at this current point in time. I can accept if someone says Jeongwoo> Taehyun/Huening Kai but to say he’s any more then a bit better, is ridiculous imo no matter what you try to argue.

Yedam still >>> every other vocalist among both groups and that’s unbiased.

Sorry but agree to disagree, it isn’t too crazy to suggest they’re around Jeongwoo’s general level at all (although with admittedly less vocal control then him imo). I also think Yedam is clearly leagues above Jeongwoo as a vocalist in terms of technicality at this point, and vocal versatility. Jeongwoo has a very nice vocal tone, but he isn’t on the same level currently. Maybe they were somewhat comparable back during YG Treasure Box, when Yedam sang a lot of songs that didn’t showcase all his vocal potential but instead showed off the character of his voice instead. But as of right now Yedam>>> Jeongwoo and the rest of treasure’s vocalists no contest.

Special shout-out to Mashiho since he isn’t getting as much recognition as other Treasure vocalists in the thread. His vocals really hit so different here. I NEED more solo content from him as well.

I won't be as one sided as I was on that vocal comparison thread because when it comes to dance performances of groups I feel like this is a more subjective topic than vocals. I like both groups when it comes to dance. Enhypen got Niki which I really enjoy watching. Treasure got Doyoung and Mashiho as my favorite dancers on the group.

On the other hand choreography wise I like Treasure a little bit more because they lean more towards to that competitive dance style rather than artistic one. So I pick Treasure if we compare two groups. But from the 4th gen there are other groups that I kinda like more dance wise rn.

I can definitely respect this. The difference between their choreo style is pretty big, so in that aspect of their dance, it’s definitely based more on a preference. Although I think Niki is objectively the best individual dancer.

Niki is definitely the unofficial main dancer according to the fandom, since he’s been dancing since he could walk (his parents run a professional dance studio). He’s literally only 15 years old, and was a backup dancer for Shinee at age 11. His potential is limitless tbh, and he’s arguably the most versatile dancer in 4th gen and easily one of the most technically proficient.

But apart from him it’s heavily debated on who makes up the dance line and fills in the spots for “lead dancers”. Between Heeseung, Jungwon, Jay, and Sunghoon it’s pretty much impossible to pick. Although Niki admitted before that he’s only a little bit better then Heeseung so he’d be my backup pick for main dancer. Also, if you’re interested.
