What is there to celebrate? How is this a good outcome for NewJeans if HYBE despises the idea of working with Min Heejin? I don't see anyone on this thread give proper reasoning.
The girls have already recorded the songs for their upcoming album. The planned tour will happen regardless of whether MHJ is the CEO or not. Is Min Heejin really that important for NewJeans that they can't see a career without her? Like this is one thing I don't understand about tokkies and even the NewJeans members themselves. Why do you guys want to be with MHJ so bad?

The aesthetic in the MV is crazy. I wish they expanded more on some scenes because I can’t get enough of it. And the song is already a bop for me. I love it so much. Idk if it’s going to succeed or not but I am grateful they released it.
The only thing I don’t like is some of the dance parts feeling awkward. But I would get used to it after a rewatch.
I agree. These are the kind of aesthetics we always wanted for Aespa. Concept and visuals-wise, this was the best comeback we ever had.

These numbers won't convince that tokki. They genuinely believe HYBE would waste money by doing payola for RM to sabotage NewJeans, when an easier option would be to simply cut down funding for NewJeans.

BTS is way bigger internationally compared to NewJeans. They are one of the biggest artists in the world right now. For a comparison, Taylor's latest album got like 300M streams in a single day. So how does 3M streams sound so high for a BTS member?

If fandom streaming was enough to chart on k-charts, the top 100 would've been full of BG songs. You should be happy this isn't case. Also since when has there been a correlation between international and k-charts success for BGs? For example, Stray Kids has good streaming numbers internationally but they never chart high on k-charts. They have a big fandom in Korea also, so explain the reason?

There is no sajaegi here. ARMY is the one of biggest fandoms in the world and have always been great at streaming. This is actually low when you compare it to the streams that Jimin and Jungkook got for their solo debut. I cannot take you seriously when you are doubting them.

If we are being real, it did generate a bit of hype on the international side but the main reason is because they had 2 consecutive successful comebacks last year, which helped increase their fanbase. Supernova going semi-viral in Korea also helped.

I think the album price is reasonable. It's a customized bluetooth enabled CD player with a bunch of album merch. The price is not inflated, considering CD players are being sold for $60-70 worldwide and this costs around $100.
