For one group, the second week sales of their most recent album were: 84k units at position #3. Much higher.
For another group, their most recent album's second week sales were 35k at chart position 6 (where Twice's first week is predicted to land). About the same.
If Twice can manage to stay on the chart, even at #200, for a second week, I'll give you a reward. -

I'm gonna guess HYLT leaves around 62-66 weeks, and LSG a little beyond that. Who knows though, I have 0 idea since BP songs sometimes but not always stay in the top 50 spots a lot longer than the 50-100 spots. For example D4 spent 38 of its 50 weeks in the top 50, more than three times as many in the top half. Then again, BP songs stay in the top 100-300 melon daily spots longer than any other girl group by a mile. I have no idea why the 50-100 spot just avoids them lmao.
As far as Alcohol-Free, at the time I made that statement the gap was about 25k uls. The gap became smaller today as #13 and 14 rose and numbers #11 and #12 fell, but I still don't see it getting in the top 10, especially with a BG comeback soon that will immediately jump AF (does anyone know the date of their comeback? I just heard it was June). Unless AF can get in the top 10 and stay there for at least a few weeks, a pretty low bar, it's another flop song for Twice. -

I remember a few weeks ago some people here were doubting twice could even reach the top 20 :)
It seems like it's rising in the morning and then stabilizes for the whole day so hopefully top 10 tommorow or by thursday.
Tbh I was thinking #13, as I explained before, because numbers 13-16 or so all have about the same ULs. The gap up to #12 is (or was rather) quite big, so it will actually take an increase in ULs to get any higher than 13. If it gets to #12 I'll be wrong, but even then the song not being able to reach the top 10 is quite pathetic.
The song is still a flop thus far. We'll see if it can get in the top 10 and stick around for any meaningful time. -
BP will be the first with three though when LSG gets there. HYLT would have to have something really unfortunate happen to it to not make 60 weeks at this point.

I don't think we should be assuming people's sexuality either but a country being conservative has 0 to do with people being LGBT (just being openly LGBT, which is a different matter). It actually is a bit offensive as you make it sound like it's a choice. One's surroundings have 0 effect on that person's sexual orientation. Korea is no different than the rest of the world as far as sexuality, it's just different how open they are about it. Statistically, larger groups more than likely have at least one LGBT member. We won't even know unless they say, and we shouldn't guess who that is, but your statement about "in reality that's not the case" is far from truthful, especially if you're talking about larger groups. -

All albums sell very little on Saturday and Sundays, that's a Saturday, which explains the 2k. Not a stocking issue. -
