Lots of communist countries do have a history of "teaching" by forced labor, basically the government sends critics to far away places to learn communist doctrine and work so they can stop criticizing the government.
The accusations of slave labor are probably exaggerated, this is probably not that much different than what Mao Zedong did to Han intellectuals during the so called "cultural revolution" Some "re-education by labor".

Chorong is the kindest person that any person would talk with. She would use her time to take care of her members and fans. If something is wrong, she would apologize for the mistake even though it was not her fault. Chorong is the type of girl that will not do any of this. After 10 years of an idol group, she shows her kind heart.
In the entertainment industry (K-POP) many idols would start showing their true personality at the rise of fame within just 4 years of being on the scene. Many people will dig up your past when you are rising with popularity when you rise through fame even though you just debuted. But, Chorong is a very special and down-to-earth person that will not harm anyone like that. It is just not in her nature. Staff members, her friends, family, and members will tell you that Chorong is a very kind and heartwarming person when you talk to her.
The reason why Kim wanted to expose her is due to his jealousy towards his ex-friend’s success in the entertainment industry. Kim wanted to use this opportunity to expose false allegations regarding Chorong. Kim will also use this as an opportunity as an attempt to gain some quick profit from PlayM for paying him to keep quiet or stop the issue that is not true.
After reading the statement that Kim would rather resolve the matter through court, this means that he is trying to scam PLAYM into paying him money for false allegations. Many of these rumors usually get that might have a chance of winning a court case usually get paid by companies from $1,000- $48,000 or higher towards these allegations even though it is false. This is to make sure that the companies artists' image will not be affected. If the lawyer wins a court case from the "supposed person with false allegation," that lawyer will get $4,646.01 for winning the case even though it is a false allegation. Fans must stick with Chorong. She gave up her childhood and travel to Seoul, so she can achieve her dreams of becoming an idol. Because of Chorong, she managed to keep a strong bond with her members. Thus, this helps the whole members of APINK to renew their contracts with PLAYM.

Meh, just because someone is nice to her friends/coworkers, it does not mean they did not beat up someone else.
That part I do not get is that it would seem that the statue of limitation have already expired for this alleged assault, so what kind of case are the victim and lawyer trying to make.
Or how long is the statue of limitations for assault in South Korea.

And that would be an assault, but the alleged victim and her lawyer as using the "bullying" because they know that is what the media is into right now.
A claim of 'a group of people including Chorong assaulted me' will not get enough clicks or social media engagement it as "I was bullied by Chorong"
So the lawyer and victim are pretty good at getting this accusation publicity. Be it real or not.

The top rank is practically the same with slight differences from the Nikkei survey, Nikkei does have perfume as #1, so I am bias towards it
It does have I*zone as #16, No other kpop act is on it, and it was perhaps completed before the JYP group debuted since I do not see them on the chart.

There's no point in addressing every single case of a Chinese idol showing support to the Chinese government. We reached a threshold where it should be expected by default; so people either have to accept it, or they have to cancel each and every Chinese idol, present and future.
Correct, news would be if a Chinese idols posts something against Xinjiang cotton.
