Was it always about their success? I don't think it was always necessarily because of jealousy or anything like that. I think it's because they're singers and had such a small discography after many years. I know it's no fault of their own but to a lot of people it's like wtf. They were YEARS into their career and had 9 songs. Some groups have that many songs on one EP album. So in comparison to other groups, they were bound to get some shit for it - especially given that they were successful in doing so.
EDIT: I just want to add that the reason why I think it isn't about jealousy is because typically no one wants their favorite group to have a small discography. I think a good majority of fans would prefer success with a healthy discography. I used to stan Blackpink but I quit because I was here for music. I love their personalities but hearing new music is important to me and I couldn't wait anymore.

If that's the case then you shouldn't be surprised or defensive when people doubt your intentions.

A few slip ups are okay. It's good to keep in mind that performing, and performing well, is quite literally the job of idols though. In the real world, we're expected to be good at our jobs - so I hold idols to the same standard. Not perfect but good.

I prefer ICY. I'm in my 20s and will probably still be listening to it when I'm in the nursing home, that's the amount of replay value it has in my opinion

Also the mv compared to latata wasn’t that well produced and edited. I am a little bit disappointed by it tbh

Abittipsy has been my favorite song this entire year so if it's anything like that then I'm set!

Breakthrough is a Japanese title track.
Oh ok thanks for correcting me. I do remember they did make a MV for it.
Well technically Breakthrough is also a b-side because they released the Korean version of it in the Feel Special album as a b-side.

America is already a racially diverse country it’s not an equal comparison.
Having more representation is something America strives for and wants because it is by nature a diverse country.
There are asian Americans who want to see Asian representation in American media. That’s not the case with kpop. Not just kpop but any other industry which is not racially diverse.
I understand your points and agree with them. However, I do think that supporting non-asians from being represented in homogenous countries isn't helping either. It prevents Koreans from seeing, experiencing, and growing with racially diverse people. More than that, it's usually international fans who have an issue with white, black, or non-asian people entering the K-pop scene, not Koreans. Western fans seem to believe that it's their right to dictate who becomes an idol in Korea.

Juhyun from BlingBling has a deep voice and she's always the member that stands out to me, even when they're just talking lol.

I don't have a specific celebrity but a specific group and that's Stray Kids. Whenever I'm sad or anything, if I just watch one of their behind videos or anything, I instantly feel better.

I'm even more scared if someone doesn't know Fantastic Baby
GD is a legend in my eyes just because of that music video.
