Billboard doesn't count sales outside the US and Puerto Rico, even if someone from another country bought it wouldn't count in the BB 200
They don't but a trick that SuperM used (and it counted, Billboard were called out for it and chose to not say a word) was non US fans were allowed to buy albums that counted towards billboard by having the albums already bought to a US address and then exported elsewhere.

I'm no fan, but why are people discussing solo stans as if another member didn't just call the other fat. It'd be one thing if it was a one-off, but they repeatedly target Sunoo for his weight. He said "no we don't" rolled his eyes and frowned. I don't see any happy or jovial face there after Jay said they look alike. Maybe I'm missing something?
