Stray kids is great. But the fandom not so much alot of it is rotten to the core. The bullying scandal was just highlighted the issue in kpop fans in general as well the issue in jyp. Fans will love forgive and shield you and be biased if you are beautiful. Case in point Woojin ex member the fandom hated the guy since day 1 because he was ugly not as cute as the others. Dude gets bagged like he's Hitler because hes not hot. Gets crucified for fake sa and bullying that was proven false by the police. Its funny ironic because fans made fake Woojin bullying rumors when you have a real bully in the group° Hyunjin then suddenly they are all suprise pinkachu face and make excuses. The fan obsession with beauty is so pathetic a hot guy could literally commit murder in front of them and turn the knife to them and they would deny hes a bad person up until they are being stabbed. If you're a stay you should know that fans were very hurt when woojin suddenly left the group without any clear explanation. Ppl kept asking for reasons why he left suddenly right before a comeback and why skz is suddenly planning to rerecord their older tracks. There were also rumors about wj after he left the group that he made some fan pregnant and stuff or he had gone to bars so when the accusations came out in 2020 ppl actually believed it cz they were connecting all the dots. There's a reason why fans were mad at wj. He also didn't handle the issue well himself and that's another reason. If you're a non stay then pls don't talk on this issue and act like fans threw wj under the bus right after he left or bcz he's not hot ppl stopped liking him. He was well liked when he left the group. Stays gave all the supports to him. But wj cleared his name already so if stays still decide to hate wj then they're the problem. Like wj hj also cleared his name also you don't know what happens behind the scenes. You don't know if hj is really guilty or ppl were targeting him or someone who really hates him and holds grudge against him and make him apologize for their middle school fight. If you're not a stay then don't say things you don't know. It doesn't make you any cooler.

Being a fan shouldn't be a criteria lol kpop gatekeeping is stupid. I have followed stray kids since their debut. I originally was very into jyp as a fan of got7. Skz rerecording things is something that was normal based on policies in place by jyp entertainment, including restrictions on mentioning previous members.

Regardless of if fans were hurt ir not is no excuse for the bullshit they did to him, and yes fans till this day still choose to hate him even after the Truth even to the point almost every fan video someone tries to censor Woojin. It's sadly ironic as those fans have crocodile tears of hypocrisy as they would cry about a idol if they were to commit suicide. But will clearly do all the things that would push a person towards that direction without even thinking if it's wrong.

Your previous reply felt like you were salty at hyunjin than stays. You have all the right to call out stays and I agree with that but saying "when you have a real bully in the group° Hyunjin" as if you know everything he did in middle school or you were there. Also stays who are still hating on wj are feeling guilty that they accused him wrongly and denying to accept that they're wrong. Hate stays all you want don't throw that on the idols.

Lol no it all falls on the fans. Hyunjin is alright, I don't hate him nor do I agree with the cancel people for what they did as a 9yr old bs that people seem to be so giddy about. He just happened to be an example of fan cognitive bias where fans will excuse you for something but won't excuse an actual innocent person but I digress.

Never heard of them. I was speaking based on recent cases and allegations made mostly in the context of kpop: Lia, Soojin, Garam, April, AOA Jimin... whether these allegations are true or not. Plus, now the video posted by OP, the Busan bullying case brought up in another thread... That's a lot of girls involved in these stories and it's something that is wild to me based on the time and place I come from.
