There was miscommunication between the award show (don't remember which one), SM and Wiz. Basically the mess was because of misinformation regarding a technical issue with the audio and a misunderstanding about Taeyeon whereabouts . In the end Taeyeon and Wiz were told at different times the performance will be cancelled
