lol yep it's total horseshit. All these arbitrary rule changes, the dude or dudette that runs that Instiz is a hack. They literally changed their policy on giving PAKs during zombie hours without going back and adjusting other songs' PAK numbers. So some songs like Dyna got PAKs during zombie hours, inflating their PAK count by an extra 7 PAKs per day, compared to other songs that werent allowed to have their PAKs counted during zombie hours.

With respect to YT, what really bothers me is that the geniuses running the I Chart decided to make getting #1 on YT, which is a weekly chart, a requirement to earn a CAK, which is supposed to be a daily certification. What kind of tomfoolery is this where you need to chart #1 on a weekly chart to earn a daily certification?
