No wonder BTS has been able to attract people from all walks of life, all over the world. They are the true and sole global ACT, we have been saying that since forever.

Also, whenever ARMY said that they found BTS very different from kpop, more real or that gs was a meme, (it was not Psy who gained a huge fandom or popularity and the effects were not long lasting in the industry) international kpop fans would call them racist.

Because according to international kpop stans: kpop = Korean race + entirety of Korean music.

Not liking kpop = Not liking Koreans and their music.

So now a Korean professor called gs a meme and said that kpop is mostly a tightly controlled industry obsessed with the idea of a polished unrealistic perfection. Is he racist too, then?

I remember arguing like hours in a Gangnam Style Vs Dynamite thread about the same thing on the previous forum. And they ended up making it seem like I was disrespecting PSY
