Well for starters she has a resting bitch face so people tend to judge her based on that and think she's got an attitude. In this thread you might have read the word "scandal" a few times and that's where the issue lies. She dated? Well they call it she had a scandal, her manager parks illegally, her fault another Jennie scandal, she didn't smile at the airport for reporters, well there you go again another one. Adding the whole solo thing and slacking off.

Basically, everyone puts her under a microscope to analyze every little thing she does in the hope to find one tiny mistake and make a big deal out of it. And as another user said people tend to associate her with those "controversies" or "scandals" without fact-checking so they base themselves on that to form this wrong image of her.
