Now one of my favourites. Feel My Rhythm gets more beautiful the more you listen to it, I hear a different melody every time I listen to it, for example, I hear the background vocal harmony in the chorus part, I think Sm has mixed classical and modern music very well. Red Velvet deserves all the success.

I also keep discovering new sounds every time I listen to the song. I especially love the spotify version and have been having it on repeat the whole day

It's normal for 6PM KST releases because Spotify resets at 12AM UTC and 6PM KST = 9AM UTC, so you lose 9 hours in the first day.

I forgot to answer the second part of your question, but it’s not normal for kpop groups to chart there, es especially as well, except of course the biggest names bts and blackpink etc.
