stayc bringing back classic/old-school kpop we love to see it

ever since their debut i've gotten this "classic/old-school" kpop vibe from them the way they're just being a normal girl group with fun, catchy music & bright, fun concepts is just....

such a standout from the constant lore/girl crush concepts & "hard" sounding music(???) that you can see in most of kpop these days

plus they're all SO SO PRETTY, talented, stunning, funny, etc, etc

love them

oh no i love these groups

i have no issue with the girl crush/lore concept when it's done right, but at times it gets a little too much y'know

though obviously it's a result of labels chasing what's popular, capitalism etc, etc

you see alot of people complaining yet they'd run to a gg in an instant if they had some badass concept

i'm shocked labels didn't follow the iz*one/oh my girl formula for girl groups since they were/are so successful. we need more groups like that. iz*one's great albums sales & oh my girl's hit songs show that there's clearly a market for these types of groups out there.
