WJSN is probably going so Yeonjung is not an option.

Mina/Sohye are the least likely because I don't think they are interested in a music career at all, and Chaeyeon/Nayoung are also focused on their acting (but more likely than Mina/Sohye). Also, their Idol skills are probably rusty.

Jieqiong is in China. Unless Queendom will be broadcast there then I doubt she would be interested.

Yoojung and Doyeon are the most likely, and they would go together.

Charisma is the main attribute of the center, and Somi is easily the most charismatic member overall (if she isn't nervous), although Chungha also has great charisma on stage. Somi seems to have solved her nerves problem this year. Her Golden Disk performance was great, and the most viewed except for BTS... which is kinda important since the whole point of Mnet going through all the trouble of getting IOI back together again would be for the buzz. Convincing Teddy would be a pain though, and would probably require Somi to force it like she did to get on Produce 101, so it depends on how much she personally wants it to happen (and how busy she is with whatever else she has planned).

Yoojung is more than enough to beat Somi in Charisma/Center.

At least Somi had that gawking charming cuteness then, now she looks sickly. It is for international popularity that Somi would be useful.

The Bang Bang performance was the one where Somi was the center, Chungha the leader and others were solid too, yet Yoojung took the top rank.

That has been the only test.

And Yoojung has been in a group all the years, whereas Somi for her own reasons or circumstances has not been.

Otherwise it is subjective preference,

I would like to see the 4 - Sejeong, Chungha, Mina, Yoojung - others are a bonus.
