I think WJSN makes sense. As I said in another thread, if Mnet still goes with the "music show win" rule, then there are not that many groups which would be eligible to enter. And among those groups, I think WJSN is not unlikely compared to much popular groups who might just be too big to compete in this show. WJSN is in the sweet spot of "not too big/not too nugu".

I think that thanks to 'As You Wish' New Year charting we can treat them as kind of equivalent of Queendom 1 - Oh My Girl / Lovelyz level group
My only wish is that with soloists I would rather see Chung Ha or Hyolyn than CL
btw. many people also miss it for now but I think Hwasa and Lee Hi also have chances to join Queendom 2, both performed in Show Me The Money, Ailee also quest appeared but I don't know she was in main cast of Good Girl, that would be too much if they bring her again...

I don't understand why people want a soloist to join the show though. I know last time we had Park Bom; but she was an exception not a rule. In Kingdom, there was no soloist.
At the time of Queendom S1, Bom was coming back from years of hiatus after a big scandal that caused her downfall. There was a whole story to tell around her, plus it was also a way to benefit from the 2NE1 nostalgia. But none of these things apply to current soloists.
Plus, a couple of rules had to be accomodated in S1 because Bom was solo. Let's keep things simple this time: groups only!
Here's a line-up I could see
• Itzy
• STAYC
• Laboum
• WJSN
• Everglow
• Loona
Fromis 9 could replace Laboum in the role of the veteran group with a late surge of popularity. Momoland could replace ITZY in the role of the popular name people are familiar with. Something like that.
I'm twisted with this. On one side I love to see them perform. They simply belong on stage. And it will also give them more attention. But on the other side it cost a lot of time while they don't get properly paid.
I think they and their fans would get more from them doing comeback, give concert, fanmeeting etc.
You saw it I on year end. They went to more award shows then anyone else. Made a special performance every time and even sang live when most groups didn't. They are more worth then beeing a filler in a TV show.

For me I think it would be good for them. And on the huge plus side, when Queendom ends, it is just nice summer period and Brave Girls can comeback with another summer bop

Chungha would be the only soloist I would have on the show. She's the only one that could compete with the main vocalists and main dancers of any group (which would be interesting TV). Chungha's weakness is her charisma off stage, but Queendom/Kingdom is like 80% performances. Bom was awkward because she couldn't dance.

Agreed, Chungha could do everything unlike Bom. But if you take Queendom S1, there was a battle of sub units: each group selected a member to represent them in a vocal contest, and another member in a dance contest. Park Bom used a replacement for the battle contest. Chungha wouldn't because she can dance unlike Bom, but she would have to prepare for two performances at the same time, which is not very fair to her. That's why I like groups better for the show.
As for the Somi solo possibility... why? What would Somi have to gain? It would take a lot of time, and it would be very difficult for her to compete with groups. Somi's good, but you need to be have Chungha-level skills to compete on that show as a soloist. Even with her Korean fame and vocals, Bom struggled.
An IOI sub-group with about 5 members would be a much better option, but it would be hard to gather even that many members for the whole season.
I think the best option would be a Chungha solo, but she brings in some IOI members (including Somi) for one or two special performances.

Depends. Last time units trained in a different location, so she would have to be in two different places at the same which, last time I checked, was impossible. Even for Chungha!

I fell in love with their music last year. I hadn't payed them too much attention , except for secret, cuz idk(?) ....i didn't see their appeal I guess.

Yes... I thought the same at first since the queen piece is played on a chessboard, but ... The chess floor being reflected upside down screams dreamcatcher!
Also... The stone with the cracks isn't related to chess... Idk. I guess a lot of people are thirsty to know who are going to be involved in the final line-up and they are trying to get information.
