He produced every song and he hasn't been paid anything. This was GWSN's best selling comeback, where did that money go? Not only that, but no one outside of the fandom knows or cares. Groos (GWSN's fandom) are trying to help donate to Swin Lee and pay him for his work and trying to email The Wave Music (GWSN's company) about their issues which are: the payment issue, any updates with or concerning Soso, the future of GWSN, and better communication with fans. It's really sad to see this happening but I can't say I didn't expect it. I found a post on Reddit (posted back in GWSN's Bazooka era) that gives background on what GWSN has been going through for a long time.

  • they should start some crowdfunding campaign...

kpop websites would post bout it

    some people will donate

that's always something, even if it will cover girls daily expenses...

  • just want a stable company for gwsn. wondering why no company has bought them yet? they're like super talented and their discography is to die for. ya'll sleep on them fr :angryr::cryingr:

I dont know them but i have good excuses for that.

Can you recommend me 1 or 2 songs to check them out? i prefer happy songs. like brave girls, oh my girl or early laboum.

like bartkun said. make crowdfunding. rollin was made by that. i guess a rollin could help gwsn to lose some worries too.

  • That's such a sad situation. I wonder why he doesn't blame their company, since wouldn't they have been responsible for making sure he was paid? I understand why he's stepped back, because I'm sure that was a lot of work for no money.

I also wonder the same thing. I assume it's because he knows they're struggling financially? I really have no clue but out of respect for him I won't theorize on it any further. It's really sad to see this happening. I hope this hasn't happened to any other producers, choreographers ,or anyone else working with them.

  • that's honestly such a terrible situation. its always heartbreaking when companies aren't treating the artists involved in comebacks or even paying them correctly. like what else would they be working for? i hope people can eventually sort things out and help the producer, that is so not fair to him.

this is exactly how I feel. Hope he see how much Groos love and appreciate his work and that it wasn't all for nothing

my spotify is busy streaming bg so i had to watch them on youtube. :p

very interesting. the one girl remind me somehow at laboums solbin. and they have a small member. the music is nice so far. i check them out more later. Sadly i have to work now first.

  • No! I'm really hoping GWSN is able to come back. Company financial problems, especially among the smaller ones, are scary for a group/soloist because they mean that the company has to try and pay for all their expenses before trying to make a comeback which is costly in itself. (i.e. promotion/advertisment, music shows, album production, music video sets, etc.)

With this news, it actually looks like it's going to be a while until GWSN makes their next comeback which I'm not too happy about but I hope things go better soon. :pepelove1:
