I think both have one of the best discographies in kpop

but I choose enhypen, because they barely have skips and I didn't like txt latest album as much.

I prefer Txt when they do refreshing concepts

TXT has Anti-Romantic, Enhypen does not.

TXT has Crown, Enhypen does not.

TXT has Frost, Enhypen does not.

TXT has I Know I Love You, Enhypen does not.

TXT has Run Away, Enhypen does not.

Notice a pattern yet? TXT simply has the superior songs. The only ones I can think from Enhypen that might be actual contenders are Drunk-Dazed or Go Big Or Go Home. That would make it five against two, which is almost unfair. Have a great day/night!

Indeed, this is a tough question, as many factors have to be taken into consideration to even approach anything resembling an adequate answer. However, after long contemplation, reading related literature to understand the topic in a better, more nuanced manner, and lining up objective and subjective arguments alike, I don't think my answer will be surprising to anyone.
