Kang Seungwon, 63 years old (Korean reckoning), is a composer who produced Kim Kwangsuk's "Around thirty" in 1994.
Kang was in the folk scene for a while, but after Kim Kwangsuk died, Kang had to find another job so he joined KBS, where he worked as a musical director for 20 years, finishing his career at Yoo Heeyeol's Sketchbook.
In 2017 he had to retire because of his age, so his friends helped him to produce his own album.
It seems Lee JIeun got to know Kang from the Yoo Heeyeol show and helped him out this time by featuring in a song he composed.

Kim Kwangsuk is one of IU's favorite singers and she's covered several of his songs, I'm sure featuring on a song by a music industry veteran like Kang Seungwon is an honor for her as well.

I think if there was a rating of most 'networked' singer in K-music, IU might take that title as well.
