Why do people doubt Winter so much? Karina got two extra pre debut teasers, solo performances with Kai and Taemin, and was the only aespa member featured in that Seoul tourism thing yet Winter with much less exposure is ahead of her in searches and brand reputation. Just give Winter an OST, preferably of a hit drama, and watch her become Taeyeon 2.0

So many people saying wonyoung but the real take is winter. People acting like wonyoung is a rookie but she's been promoting for over 2 years with survival show + Izone promos.
Winter in one year has been getting the most views on YouTube, it's not even close compared to the other two. Has already proven to have the talent to be successful as a solo project In the future. People here who don't understand Korean sleep on Winter singing but her accent/tone went viral in Korea with her covers being compared to the next IU/Taeyeon. The other two may always popular as visuals but for It girl just having visuals has never been enough , Winter has the full package aka she can release music and be successful as a solo act.

I can see wonyoung being like Jennie in terms of fashion/ selling out stuff etc. she has the model like height and visual which is really favored by big brands plus she has the same fashionista trendsetter image.
Winter seems to be like taeyeon in my mind. The pretty visual, sweet voice, lovely image type. I feel she could be the first love type image. I think she would do very well with solo music down the line. I remember she sang an in song on knowing bros and everyone fell for her voice,
Karina is the glamour out type. Otherworldly look, similar to seolhyun in my mind. She has the great figure, sweet personality, and charming image. I think she would do stuff like cf and maybe even acting?

Wonyoung been in the industry for way longer, people acting like shes some rookie because she re-debut with IVE. Shes been pushed since IZONE which is 4 years ago now. Winter isn't even being promoted by SM to do solo work yet with cf's/brands, As a group SM giving Aespa the bare minimum in promotions on variety shows etc while Wonyoung has been pushed for variety/brands over 3 years now. You can look ur self Winter clips on Knowing Bro went Viral in Korea her name 윈터, Int fans have no idea honestly.
We can look back in 3rd gen, how many pretty idols out there. Being beautiful doesn't make a "It girl of Gen" else popular faces like Twice Mina/tzuyu etc would be in the convo for 3rd gen. Irene shot a ton of Cfs/solo brand deals yet majority would say Jennie is the overall Gen 3 It girl in Korea. It's because she shot cfs but had talent for solo music/variety. Out of the three options it's not even close when it comes to potential for solo music releases, and in Variety Winter is the most popular in Korea with a lot less chances than Wonyoung. Being a pretty face no doubt Wonyoung will sale but for IT girl just having photoshots isn't enough, No1 argues Chuu as potential gen 4 It girl meanwhile the girl is doing ALOT more CFs. Wonyoung has already gained a bad rep for her singing(Twice flashbacks of last year vibes) while Winter has been praised alot in Korea for potential solo releases in the future(People literally calling her the next IU/Taeyeon.)

Views only show who's got the most fans or went viral, not the ones who are favored by brands and gp like it girls.
And yes Wonyoung have many haters since she got number 1 in pd as a 14 years old, and it became bigger each year. There's literally a whole korean channel on youtube with her as the main target. She won't flip her hair like the others, she dress differently, she doesnt bow, her makeup is weird, she overdoes her face expression - everything is used as ammo against her.

Overrated. Her face is not memorable. She depends too much on styling to look good. None of the aespa girls have expressions but she is like robot. She is just fad for now. People forget these types of girls quickly. Like Tzuyu. Does anyone even mentions her anymore? Bland looking face and boring personalities only take you thus far. Karina and wonyoung have visuals, personality, aura of it girl. Winter is overrated.
