What would make AllKill more desirable for you?

I don't really care about aesthetics. The extra akorns are nice, but there's hardly anything available in the shop I want to buy. (I don't seem much point in buying badges I won't display. )

I don't mind supporting the site but just that reason isn't enough to overcome my severe aversion to giving the site my identifying information.

Something that might tempt me? Maybe a program like this:

3-mos prepaid subscription

Member can chose a group to get static/custom badge in the shop

6-mos prepaid subscription

Member can have a custom static badge (design subject to approval). The badge will also go into the shop to hopefully get more sales and make it more economically viable unless Member pays extra to make it unique to them.

12-mos prepaid subscription

Member can have a custom gif badge (design subject to approval). The badge will also go into the shop to hopefully get more sales and make it more economically viable unless Member pays extra to make it unique to them.

Additional Member perk

Member can choose to purchase from among the closed LE badges once a year.

Do you guys have any ideas?

Actually, has anyone ever bought from Red Bubble? I got something from them once and used my Amazon account. I wonder how much info gets shared with them. If it's just my email address, I could make an email for Amazon that doesn't include my name...

Like maybe once a year, there is a discounted allkill exclusive-sale in the shop where any member that has an allkill subscription can buy any badge they like half off.

Or maybe first time all kill subscribers can buy 5 standard static badge half off or they can receive these badges for free alternatively.

I guess this wouldn't be as useful for users like you who don't want to buy badges in the shop, but this could work for users that would like to buy more. I would buy more static badges for sure if I had tons more akorns but I always end up saving them for LE events.

Display More

I love the idea of AllKill badge discounts. It would be great for people who want badges from the shop. And I'm sure I'll be more tempted in the future as we get more badges in the shop. Maybe I should start to rotate. But as of now, I'm not a fan of most of the ones available.

Once you buy the allkill badge, you get to keep it even if you're not allkill anymore?

Right??? It doesn't seem like much of a value when you can get a variety of streaming services for around that price. Also, my news subscriptions. It's almost more of a donation to support the site and I would need to feel super valued as a user or feel like my fandom is super supported and active here to have that kind of loyalty. And I honestly talk more with exols and mbbs elsewhere than I do here.

That brings up a good point. Many users here don't have ready access to this cash so allkill would have to be highly desirable to make bothering worth it.

There is no original content this site offers that can appeal to me. And therefore no amount of badges and aesthetics can ever make me spend physical money.

Unless there is original content that a service can offer me, I will not pay for it.

The main point of a forum is the discussion. And that’s free. So no there is nothing they can give me. Even if we had no badges and no colors, we can still talk about kpop. And for example badges are fun cuz we are all collectively excited for it. Not because displaying a gif does anything personally for me. I prefer the events the MODs organize like guild wars or badge petitions that encourage community involvement because that’s all I’m here for.

I would love to see more guild wars, spam wars, contests, and events held here :)
