Well the thing is, these fandom names were submitted and voted by fans. Suggestions for the names happened and ended around early November, and I believe the album name didn't get revealed until late November (correct me if I'm wrong). So I don't think Impact could have been suggested due to the timeframe...
The fandom name suggestions were submitted by fans before the name of the album was out. However it was just suggestions submitted, not voted on by fans. The group/management still chose the name in the end (from those submissions).
So they really could have chosen anything, I suppose.

Yeah I guess if Impact happened to be one of the suggestions maybe. Who knows what people submitted.
