How does one qualified to be a "4th" gen? Is there a list or a year cut off somewhere lol. It'll be more accurate of a list if we have that. Also, liking someone does not equate to that person being talented lmfao. Why focus on visuals only talent? talent is talent. If you wanna call out someone just put it on the title it'll be much easier

awehshit, you had me looking up now. There's so many debuting idols damn.
Gidle Soyeon is no brainer. I think Purplse Kiss Chaein and Yuki is considered pretty talented. Chaein composed and write songs, Yuki is a foreigner but she even writes her own rap- other idols don't even write their own
. I think Weeekly Ji-yoon is also up there, she guide and compose some songs for the group if I remember correctly. These are probably not the visuals you are looking for lmfao but they are talented IMO.There are probably alot more, but yall can help fill in the blanks.
