Japan is launching weird dating-show. Older women and 100 young men

I saw the Instagram account they have made for the show and it's bizare! 4 women around end 20s/early 30s vs. 100 dudes in their early 20s or even still teenager

I couldn't find much informations on that show so I am not 100% sure whats even going on here

EDIT: I found a describtion on the website of the program who is showing this and it says translated: " The sweet and sad love program of an innocent violent younger boy and a grown girl" WTF ?

I didn't found out how old anyone is, except they posted the 5 dudes in the middle from the lowest row. They wrote on Instagram that these 5 dudes are 18-23 years old. I looked further on the account and was surprised that the old stuff was from 2018 and it was about a movie-set from a movie in 2018. It was a bit weird for me seeing that they put this dating-show onto the same Instagram as a movie, but maybe it's cause of the same production-team, who knows. And one thing that confused me a bit was to see on the 2018 images Ryuta from the Japanese-Korean boygroup NIK, but it makes kind of sense cause I think Ryuta used to be an actor before he debuted in a boygroup. Anyway, it would be fucking weird if anyone of the boys would be under 18. I also tried to find out how old the women are, but there is no clue on it. The women look like anything between 28 and 35

IDK who the women are, but it was written one is an actress (no further information given) and another woman was an actress and her linked instagram-account says she participated in "Miss world Japan 2019" (no further informations given)
