You know two weeks ago I was like hype isn’t a pity company but yurina needs to debut because it’s her last chance if not she will go back to Japan I’m sad

They should get Yurina, Myah, Jeongmin, Jia and Jiyoon and not some of those unpopular trainees you named.

None of them are popular enough for HYBE to care about though. And I'm sure HYBE's talented trainees from their global PLUS auditions will be more than enough to fill out the rest of the roster.

What? A bunch of those trainees are going to be in Min Heejin's group. Some of them are going to be thrown into Sakura's group. And the rest will probably be in I-Land S2. It's not too hard to figure out. HYBE has a lot of them.

There's a small chance of that to happen if hybe adds them to the sakura girl group, that way it's going to consist of already well known trainees from different survival shows. If that doesn't happen I don't see hybe taking them in as trainees for any other future group of theirs, it's just not how they work

I would actually prefer if Starship snags Yurina.

Wonyoung + Yujin + Lami + Yurina.

They just need a main vocal.

Isn't the line up pretty much done for Sakura gg? Maybe some can compete in iland. Also hybe isn't an adoption center.

The rumor articles have been about 5-6 members. Nobody ever said that the group would have all experienced and well known faces. It was just originally Chaewon, Sakura, + unnamed IZ*One member, + exP48. Those two others turned out to be Minju and Yunjin. With Minju out, there's flex spots for 2-3 members. IF the rumor of the group being named "Les Serafim" becomes true, then it's most likely 6 members like the above article said since a Seraphim is an angel with 6 wings (so 3 flex spots). Like I said, there's literally no news about those remaining 3 spots being for experienced/known idols either officially or unofficially. The most likely scenario is that HYBE is going to use 3 of their prettiest trainees for those spots and make a full visual group. Yes there's a tiny chance that they might pull somebody from GP999 but the show is simply not popular enough for them to really care that much.

We don't really know what happened, was it decision based on the fact that their sales weren't high, was it because of Nazi scandal, or just 2 members wanted to focus on acting career, but this doesn't matter.

Then in very similar time fromis_9 was moved to Pledis and rumor hit all websites about Sakura, Chaewon and Minju moving to HYBE.

And earlier this year there were also rumors that HYBE was interested in making a deal with Hwasa, but later she decided to renew with RBW and stay in Mamamoo.

For me it's crystal clear from the start HYBE wanted to 'hire' well known faces.

I've never heard of the HYBE + Hwasa thing at all. I even tried Google'ing it and came up with nothing. Are you sure that wasn't just some random remark by some random kpop fans?

Fromis_9 has been managed by Pledis for a long time now (OTR was basically a combination of Pledis and CJ staff). They just decided to officially put them under Pledis. I don't really think that has much to do with anything since it's not like the Fromis_9 girls are that well known in Korea either.

And personally, I think that HYBE just saw that Sakura was available so they decided to poach her to make a group that would do REALLY well in Japan (which is why they grabbed Chaewon, Yunjin, and tried to grab Minju also since all of these girls were popular in Japan). I could see them trying to grab Mashiro if she hadn't made the final group but she's out of the table. Yurina is the only one left but is she actually popular in Japan? Most of the GP999 J-fans disliked her from what I saw
