Can someone tell me, if melon already change their system? As far as I remember, a song released outside 12pm-6pm will not reflected on charts until the next day?
It seems like Melon forgot to reimplement the chart block until 1PM.

The new system goes like this:
1/ 8 a.m to 12 p.m is half 24 uls and half current hour uls.
2/ 1 a.m to 7 a.m is 24 hours uls.
The first chart is more volatile. Songs can move up and down on chart easily depend on current hour uls.
The second chart is less volatile which require 24 hours uls for songs to chart. This chart barey move.
For IU to chart at this hour, this mean that her download and uls are significant .
