Yeah but there's a lot to be revealed yet, I know for sure there's still a 5th ai with short hair who showed up in their group pic teaser and near the end of Black Mamba MV.
For now it's been confirmed the girls have virtual avatars (AI) that they can communicate with through different portals/ sources (computers/ phones/ even mirrors as seen in a few of their videos), BM was just an introduction, the lyrics were explaining for some reason they have lost the connection with their ai's and it must be BM (who I'm assuming would be the villain) who I personally think was the digital ai who we saw at the end of BM. I think this is soooooooo cute and a really creative way of music story telling cause now all their songs will literally connect and add piece by piece to the story.
It is honestly really detailed and if SM really wanted they could further create spin off online or mobile games to create our own avatars/ help them with whatever missions etc which is cute and a chance to engage further with fans and since the whole concept is virtual they can use any theme what so ever, it can go dark, horror, cute, summer and it'll all make sense
