The good thing about Aespa.............

My only complaint for forever is how they didn't give the main vocalist a lot of lines

OMG I thought I was the only one who felt this! With BM Karina was center but I assumed leader position plus she clearly has the darker storyline in their universe, but in forever winter is clearly the center. I really like this because winter always wanted to do a ballad song anyways, so if we follow this logic, Queen Giselle and Queen Ningning will be able to perform their wishes and Giselle will be some FIRE rap centred Song!!!

From experience with sm groups I doubt it's the case, it's clearly winter and karina are center and it will switch between them like it happen with seulgi/irene taeyong/mark

I doubt sm will give that to nn or giselle

It’s a group where anyone can be center due to the absence of weak links in either singing, dancing or (according to beauty standards) visuals. But like the person above me said I doubt SM will do that because NINGx2 and Giselle not only are foreign (many Korean comments deliberately act as if they don’t exist or are less beautiful) but also not the most popular rn. Maybe after they grow in popularity since they just debuted so their second mini or anything really. If the member is popular enough I guess. Ningning was popular in China so there’s a chance already but not their next cb for sure.

I do get what you mean, However RV is a five member group so it would make sense to have only one/ two max centers, also irene being the visual/ Fotg and seulgi being the main dancer she would be centred, But SM hasn't actually formally announced positions, everyones concluded with their sync video which implied but wasn't confirmed, technically any one of them could be anything and its remaining hidden. The future is a mystery but im sure it'll be a lot different to RV formation.

it depends on who fits the concept of the song. karina and winter has a different image, strong and soft. forever is an acoustic ballad song it isnt dark-strong concept like black mamba so winter fit with this concept really well

We both know that SM is pushing Karina and Winter. As much as I hope this would be the case I know full well that SM will not treat the foreign members fairly

They made the right decision so far. This is clearly Winter's era. Hope Ning & Giselle will get theirs next time. They've been pretty consistent with the line distribution so far. One of the fairest groups in that aspect.

Very very true, thats something no one has actually mentioned and even attacked Karina for because people thought she was getting better treatment, But aespa have had it very fairly if you dont count Karina extra videos (Which make sense since she's the FOTG and the leader and the eldest) it's all be really fair :)

AESPA gives me peace of mind as they are a group with TALENT

Aside from visual and stuff. Having real TALENT i haven't seen in a while they are true artists. I really want KPOP to have more idols who take vocals seriously

It's true I think that's what makes them so refreshing, it's not just another pretty face, they all fought to debut, not because of visual but because they're actually talented  

Nah, I don't think SM will push NingNing or Giselle. It's going to interchange between Karina and Winter. That's just the reality being a foreigner in a kpop group, not just with SM. I think the foreign idols understand that going into it. The good news is that they don't seem to be mistreated (fingers crossed), which is an improvement.

NingNing will do just fine, in 5-10 years, she has the chance to become one of the biggest female stars in China, making more $$ than the rest combined. I think I read somewhere that Lay/Tao/Kris/Luhan makes anywhere between 20-40 million a year USD.. that's just crazy money and the industry is growing fast there. I'm sure Victoria is raking it in as well.
